How does the reveal actually work?
Every chance you buy is tied to a cryptographically committed random seed. The commitment hash is locked in before you click reveal, so the outcome can't be re-rolled or peeked at — see the Provably Random link in the footer.
What can I do with a pulled item?
Revealed items land in your vault, where you choose to keep them, have us ship them, or sell them back for guaranteed store credit based on the break's published buyback percentage.
How fast is shipping?
We ship via USPS with tracking, usually within a day or two of your ship request. Tracking appears in your vault as soon as the label is created.
How do cash-outs work?
Vault credit can be spent on any break, or cashed out from the Cash Out page via PayPal or Stripe to your connected bank.
